John Vallejo
John Vallejo has been a Law Enforcement Officer since 1990. As a Traffic Homicide Investigator, he has investigated numerous tragedies and seen first-hand the death and destruction caused by alcohol and drug impaired driving. Officer Vallejo has been a DUI Investigator since 1995 and to date, he has arrested over 2,400 impaired drivers. Officer Vallejo has a unique experience that has afforded him with the opportunity to learn about the misinformation and myths that cause, otherwise responsible people, to make such enormous mistakes. Officer Vallejo’s passion for teaching others about impaired driving prompted him to develop numerous educational programs and the Awareness Initiative.

Martha Murillo
Martha Murillo has been a Law Enforcement Officer since 2001. She has extensive experience dealing with persons who have been impaired by alcohol and drugs.
Corporal Murillo has worked in various assignments including Field Training Officer where she trained new Police Officers. She is currently assigned to the Internal Affairs Division. Corporal Murillo enjoys her time in the classroom teaching young drivers about the issue of impaired driving and the consequences associated with the consumption of alcohol and drugs.

Robert Powell
Robert "Bob" Powell has been an officer with the Tampa Police Department since 1990. He has been a Traffic Homicide Investigator since 1992 and a Field Training Officer since 1993. Corporal Powell is currently assigned to the Field Training Squad. Corporal Powell has spent the majority of his career in traffic related positions, including nearly five years as a DUI Investigator and seven years in the Detective Division investigating Hit & Runs and Traffic Fatalities. Corporal Powell has arrested over 1,100 impaired drivers and been involved in numerous DUI related traffic fatality investigations.
